Our little Port-A-PA weighs about 6 pounds and has a High Band wireless mic system built-in. You receive both a Headset and a Lapel microphone (you may use one, or the other). The system is rated at 50Watts(MAX) and should handle a group of up to 200. The unit works on AC power or with its own built-in, rechargeable 12V battery (runs about 3-4 hours on battery power). The system even has a built-in mp3 player with remote. To be honest, this unit has nowhere near the quality, features and power of our PAS-8000 unit(and if its within your budget, the PAS-8000 is the best choice for most users) but the Port-A-PA is still a nice little system for the money.
